Recently I’ve visited @foodaddaahmedabad outlet which is based from Mumbai. This place is famous for their melting cheese panini & waffles. The ambiance here is quite good. Coming to the service staff when I entered the outlet there are hardly 2-3 people including kitchen staff. They didn’t even know about the review session scheduled on their outlet. Apart from this when I asked for melting cheese panini Jain they served mirchi ki chutney with garlic added in it and they said after I ate it’s for presentation but it had garlic. Such type of service to Jain people won’t be acceptable. One employee was sitting in main area and watched movie like he was the one in the restaurant. You should have some respect to customers and especially for influencers. There are certain standard process that you need to follow if you’ve opened a restaurant or cafe. Coming to this tower waffle it’s enough to serve 2-3 people at a single time. The only thing which I loved at this outlet is their desserts.
