So, here are my suggestions for apps that can help you get a sound sleep.

This app is for people who want to destress and relax their minds. Created by the self-help author and hypnotherapist, Glenn Harrold, helps with this voice and curated sounds to give your mind a relaxing experience. The app includes stress-busting hypnotherapy and meditation recordings that will help your mind to get into a sound sleep. If you also want to meditate, this app will really help you practice that too.
Headspace
I know you must be thinking why I have added headspace in the list as it is a meditation app. Yes, it is a meditation app but it also does contain “sleep cast” that elicits sleep by making you visualize calming experiences. It is 45-50 minutes long audio. Also, it comes under free content. You can also sign up for new audios in the premium version. So use headspace for falling asleep.
Digipill
Digipill is an all-rounder app that can help you to get rid of insomnia, reduce stress, decrease weight, need some motivation, and to relax your mind. It has a pill for everything. You need to prescribe for the pill that will contain a treatment of 30 minutes. The first pill is free while other pills you need to buy. So try this digital pill and have a deep sleep and rise up refreshed.
Calm
The calm app has a reserve of bedtime stories for kids and adults. There are loads of bedtime stories with soothing voices that can make you fall asleep. Few bedtime stories are for free, but if you subscribe to it, then you can unlock lots of audios dedicated to meditation that helps you to have a sound sleep.
Sleep cycle
If you want to track down your sleep cycle then this app is made for you. This app helps you to track your sleep pattern and presents suggestions to optimize your sleep time. It also contains an alarm clock that will wake you up gently when you are in your most floating sleeping stage. So try this app out and track down your sleep cycle. Also, remember that these apps may not be accurate, so if you are struggling too much, see a doctor.
Recolor
This app is a unique app from all the above apps. It introduces you to images in which you need to fill color in. There are loads of images and categories available in the app. And it also offers a vibrant color palette to recolor images. The main aim of this app is to redirect your anxiety and stress by filling colors into images that can calm your mind and, you can consequently fall asleep. Also, the great thing is it is absolutely free and you can have access to as many images as you want. So try this unique app and get back to sleep with your relaxed mind.
