Go for a walk
With headphones on and listening to your favorite singer will probably not exhaust you or make you sweaty. Or you can take someone with you and have a chit chat while walking. And that would feel like a fun activity as well. Walking has lots of benefits for your body and you can easily do it too.

Challenge your sibling
Challenge your sibling and see who can hold the plank for the longest or who can climb the stairs quickly or who can do more pushups. Being competitive can also act as a motivation to get you to do something for your body.
