In today’s busy lifestyle it is essential to have a healthy daily routine in your life. I know we all have bad habits of getting up late, eating unhealthy food, and drinking addictive beverages and the list can go on and on. But here is a thing, to indulge in a healthy daily routine, you need to start making small changes in your life. You cannot change your habits overnight, so keep making small bits of changes and I am sure you will feel a huge difference in your life. 

Begin your day with lemon water

This is simple right. Start your day with a healthy drink like lemon water. Lemon water is very beneficial for our body. Drinking lemon water reduces your acidic levels and improves your metabolism too. 

Get up on same time every day

Waking up at the same time every day brings you under routine. Also, it is important to stabilize your body clock. 

Exercise

Indulge yourself in some sort of yoga or exercise to keep your body fit and healthy. Also, it gives a fresh start to your morning and keeps you energized for your whole day. Just 15 mins every day, and you will feel the difference.

Eat your meals at the same time/or on time every day

Eating meals on time can also keep you fit and healthy by keeping the metabolism of your body on track.

Make your one meal healthy

Be it your breakfast, lunch, or dinner, make sure you eat healthy once a day. Try adding veggies, salad to your meal. It will fulfill all the proteins and vitamin needs of the body. 

Drink more water and eat snacks 

Staying hydrated is essential for the human body. Dehydration can make you feel dizzy. It is also scientifically proven that drinking less water also lowers your concentration power. And when it comes to snacking, you can include fruits and other snacks like Khakhra, makhanas, puffed rice, etc. 

Take a walk

Sitting for a long period can lead to health issues. It also increases the chances of obesity, indigestion, and other problems. So the best way to keep your body in movement is by making small changes in your routine. Park your vehicle a little away from your destination, take stairs instead of an elevator, and go for a walk after your dinner. 

Sleep on time regularly

It is so obvious that having enough sleep is essential for the body. Relax your body by having good sleep at night. Many health experts say that 8 to 10 hours of sleep is essential for the body but some people feel energized even sleeping for 6-7 hours and some people need at least 9 hours of sleep to feel refreshed. So sleep according to your bodily need. And yes keep your phone aside an hour before you go to sleep.

So these are some healthy habits to indulge in for keeping your body fit and healthy. These small changes in your life will surely help you grow more productive and will keep energized the whole day.
