EGGLESS TUTTI FRUTTI CAKE RECIPE✨ For the Batter : All Purpose Flour Maida – 1.5 cup Fresh Thick Curd – 1 cup Powdered Sugar – 1 cup Odourless Cooking Oil – 1/2 cup Baking Powder – 1 1/4 tsp Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence – 1 tsp A big pinch salt For Tutti Frutti Mix : Tutti frutti – 1/2 cup Maida – 1 tsp Instructions : 1. Take 1/2 cup tutti fruiti in a bowl and add 1 tsp of maida to it . Mix it well 2. Take another bowl , add curd and powdered sugar & whisk it gently until the curd gets smooth and sugar dissolves . Now add Baking Powder and baking soda to the mixture , mix it gently and let it rest for 5 minutes . 3. Meanwhile sieve the maida once . Preheat over at 180 degree C for 10 minutes and grease the baking tray nicely . 4. After 5 minutes , you will see the curd mixture would have risen well . Now add vanilla essence , salt and oil . Mix it gently in a way that bubbles do not subside 5. Now, add half of the sieved maida and fold it gently. Add the remaining half and mix it slowly and nicely such that there are no lumps . Do take care that the mixture should not lose its air particles 6. Lastly add the tutti frutti mix and fold it 7. Pour this batter into greased loaf tin 8. Place the loaf tin in the preheated oven and bake it at 180 deg c for 30-40 minutes 9. Transfer the cake on a rack and allow it to cool 10. Once cool / warm you can cut it to slices .
