Cooking is not that difficult as it seems, there are many recipes and delicacies that are easy to cook, delicious and take just a few minutes. So here I have curated some of the best recipes that are easy and super quick.

Bread Cheese Roll
Bread paneer roll is one of the famous and easy recipes loved recipes. It takes 10-15 minutes to get ready. It is super yummy and easy to cook.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- Garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin powder (jeera)
- ¼ teaspoon garam masala
- Small bunch of coriander finely chopped
- Little ketchup or tomato sauce
- Butter to toast the bread
- Bread slices
- Salt according to taste
Instructions to make Bread Cheese Roll
- Take grated cheese in a wide bowl
- Add red chili powder, jeera, garam masala, chopped onion, coriander. Mix them with the help of your fingers
- Add garlic paste, ketchup and mix them again
- Now keep this filling aside and cut the crusts off the bread slices
- Roll out bread slices as thin as you can
- Now place 1 teaspoon or so filling on one end of the rolled out the bread slice
- Gently roll the bread slice and make sure the filling stays inside it
- Repeat with the remaining bread slices
- Apply butter on each of the rolls
- Toast them on a pan until brown
- Cut and serve them

Quick Aloo Tikki
Aloo Tikki is one of the most loved Indian snacks we have. We all love potatoes as it tastes good whatever you do to it. So here is a super easy recipe that you can have and also doesn’t take much time of yours.
Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized potato
- A bunch of finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon of jeera
- 2 finely chopped green chilies
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 pinch of hing
- 2 big spoons of Cornflour
- Breadcrumbs(use 2 slices for breadcrumbs)
- Oil for shallow frying
Instructions to make Aloo Tikki
- Grate the potatoes and squeeze out their moisture
- Take a big bowl and place grated potatoes and place jeera, green chilies,hing, red chili powder, salt, and cornflour.
- Mix it with your fingers nicely
- Now make round Tikki out of it and dip it in breadcrumbs for binding
- Fry those Tikki in a large pan until brown on both the sides
- Serve it with ketchup
Masala Pasta
We all love pasta and that’s the reason we have added masala pasta to our list so that you can cook your favorite pasta at home with some Indian tadka added to it. So here we go.
Ingredients
- 2 cups pasta
- 2 teaspoon oil or butter
- ½ teaspoon of jeera
- 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- Salt according to taste
- Red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- ½ teaspoon Kasuri methi or coriander leaves
- 2 teaspoon of cream(if available)
Vegetables
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 1 cup of tomatoes crushed or made into pureed
- ¼ capsicum
- ½ Carrot chopped as needed
Instructions to make Masala Pasta
- Boil water and cook pasta according to the instructions given in the packet of it.
- Till then chop all the veggies
- Also, keep aside 3 to 4 teaspoon of cooked pasta water
- Now take another pan, and heat oil in it
- Add jeera into it
- When the jeera splutters, add garlic to it
- Fry the garlic for 30 seconds
- Add onions and fry them until they turn pink
- Add chopped veggies and fry about 2 minutes
- Add tomato puree in it and mix it until the raw smell of tomatoes goes away
- Add red chili powder, Kasuri methi and garam masala
- Add cooked pasta and 1 tablespoon oil
- Toss well and add salt according to your taste
- Add coriander leaves and if the pasta looks dry add cooked water in it
- Serve your masala pasta
Garlic Bread
Who doesn’t like garlic bread? Well, this is my personal and all-time favorite dish. You can enjoy it at your home and give relief to your garlic bread cravings.
Ingredients
- 10-12 garlic cloves minced
- Butter
- Bread slices
- Cheese(Mozzarella or processed cheese)
- Chilli flakes
- Oregano (optional)
- Black pepper(in case you don’t have chili flakes available at home)
Instructions to make Garlic Bread
- Take butter and heat it to make it in a liquid form
- Add minced garlic in it and mix it
- Now roast all your bread slices nicely to make it crispy and crunchy
- Apply the butter and garlic mixture to these bread slices
- Grater cheese on every bread slice and put it in the oven for 2 minutes
- If you don’t have an oven, then take a pan and while roasting slices add the butter and garlic mixture, and cheese to it and cover it with a plate for a few minutes
- Now when the cheese melts, take it in a serving plate and garnish with it chili flakes or black pepper whichever ingredient available
Mug Cake
I am ending this article with a dessert. We all have cravings to eat cake in this quarantine. So lets put an end to this craving by having a super easy and quick mug cake.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp maida
- 1 tbsp milk powder
- ½ tbsp cocoa powder
- 2.5 tbsp powdered sugar
- ¼ tbsp baking powder
- Pinch of baking soda
- 1 tbsp clarified butter
- 5 tbsp lukewarm milk
- 2-3 drops of vanilla essence
Instructions to make mug cake
- Take a mug and put all the ingredients mentioned above
- Mix it well
- Put it in the oven for 2 minutes
