I am working on my IT startup company thus my main motto is to get projects and get paid for it
Now finding the project in this competitive world of IT where people offer free website, free hosting everything in free. I had also seen some of the people offering G suite for free, even google will have an attack after listening this
Here it is very hard to find the genuine service provider and in that its very very hard to find genuine client.
Who pays their freelancer on time or pay complete
I had meetup with both type of person sorry both type means person who don’t pay to their freelancer and person who pays after 4-5 months
In this situation startup hurts when you work but does’t get paid or get paid but after a long time begging for own payment
In that duration of struggle your friends, relatives taunting on you wherever they meet you, ‘see the billionaire has arrived!’
As working for startup you will not be able to attain any social events or meet up with friends thus they comments that you think you are the only working person etc etc.
So the Startup hurts
Now here that time when you don’t find any projects after going for such long journey, and at the same time to keep motivated yourself – Startup hurts the most
But if you don’t give up on startup, one day your start up will grow and will make an enterprise or company
Here it was why startup hurts
What is Startup?
Definition of startup is that it don’t have any definition, startup means simply startup.
Which means a work which you like to do and you want to make that work your profession and to start working for it is a startup.
To find a job in your field is a startup journey for you to find the job
To do business the efforts you gives in starting to make it successful is called startup
Any type of work in which unless and until you became successful is in startup phase
How to make your startup successful?
- Endless efforts
- Consistency
- Proper Planning
- Quick Execution
- Never give up attitude
This 5 are the main Guru Mantra or we can say key points to make your startup successful
First is Endless Efforts, here you cannot determine how much effort will it take to make your start up successful
Thus you need to make continuous endless efforts
Second is Consistency now here is a difference between endless efforts and consistency that is endless efforts needs to be consistent it does’t mean that you work today then will work 2 days after on your startup
Here you are giving endless efforts but there is no consistency in that then it will be of no use, you continuously need to give efforts consistently
Third is Proper Planning, a person roaming outside without any address will not be able to reach anywhere
Thus proper goal planning is must important to achieve your startup successful
Fourth is Quick Execution, it means to apply your plan quickly if you have any plan then if you start implementing that plan after 2-3 years then that plan will be of no use or any other have stolen that idea and starts making money from it through long time. Thus quickly give execution to your idea.
And in last Never give up attitude the use of it, will come after all of this when you had given all your efforts towards your startup but not getting any result then this attitude is the only thing which will motivate you to get ahead and start working on
