In today’s fast forward life we don’t have time to get relax, due to that disease like hyper tension, depression, insomnia, tiredness, loneliness, etc etc like mental disease getting spread more and more
If you are a student then we will suggest you to do yoga, have a walk in early morning, drink more water, travel more think less etc etc activities
If you are old aged person then will suggest you to do get-together and many other things you can do like yoga, deep meditation, walk in a garden
Now the person who comes are middle aged person who are mostly affected with this tension, depression, insomnia, and other mental illness
Yes we cannot tell them to go to walk early as because they work till late night and if they wake up early that means incomplete sleep that’s too dangerous
One thing the working people can do in this internet world is to take rest in middle of their work,
Yes try to keep your work pressure controllable if you think the pressure is getting overloaded
Stop the work and divert your mind
work is important but health is much more important because if you will be healthy then you can work more,
Some of the things which you can do when your mind’s alarm get ringed and your mind’s pressure cooker whistling :
- Take a nap if your office have that type of facility
- Go for a walk with your colleague
- Drink water, because water helps your mind to work more efficiently
- If you can go for an walk talk with your colleague like gossips and all
- Listen Songs
- And in the end if you cant do anything all of the above, think of the person for whom you came to do work because of it, it will divert your mind
This are the some common ways you can increase your stamina to do work,

And work will never end, thus we need to work all the time but working slowly enjoying it makes the way of working beautiful and makes the work enjoyable
Thus try to enjoy in between your works to release pressure from your pressure cooker
