Apple organized its annual event virtually yesterday on 15th September for announcing the range of products and services. Tim Cook opened the event discussing the ongoing difficult times and how he got inspired by people all around the world for adapting the changes. Apple iPad Air
Apple announced its iPad Air that quite resembles the Ipad Pro. Dissimilar to the iPad Pro which uses FaceId, this new iPad Air uses a redesigned TouchId that is embedded inside the power button at the top of the device. This iPad Air is powered by A14 Bionic which is built on 5nm Technology with 11.8 billion transistors. It also comes with USB-C and an enhanced camera. The Apple iPad Air seems to be the perfect alternative to high-end Windows laptops. This product will be up in the market next month priced from 54, 900 Rs.
Apple Watch Series 6
This Apple watch series next-generation model has the same design as its predecessors series 4 and 5. But there are improved features and new finishes in the product. For instance, the Oximeter sensor. So with the help of an oximeter sensor, the Apple watch series 6 is capable of measuring the blood oxygen level in just 15 seconds. It stores periodic background readings also while asleep. This apple watch series 6 comes with the new faster S6 chip, accompanied by improved performance and new sensors including an altimeter which is used to measure the altitude of an object. And this new model starts with a price of Rs 40,900.
Apple Watch SE
In the event, Apple also announced the new and affordable Apple Watch SE. This watch features the S5 chip, watchOS 7, and a built-in compass. The watch will be available in 40mm and 44mm with GPS and cellular versions. Hence it will be available at a starting price of 29,900 for a 40mm GPS aluminum model.
Apple fitness +
There were several rumors regarding fitness +, and now Apple finally announced in the event about its new fitness service, designed around the apple watch. This service will offer workout sessions comprising many categories including yoga and cycling. And will upload new sessions every week. The service is known as Apple Fitness + and will cost $9.99 per month and $79.99 per year.
Apple One services bundle
The company also announced its Apple one plans in its event. Apple one brings together Apple Music, Apple TV Plus, Apple Arcade, Apple News Plus, and iCloud storage under one roof. There are various plans for Apple one including Family plans costing $19.95 per month, individual plans for $14.95 a month, and a Premier plan for $29.95 a month.
New iPad lineup
Apple updated its entry-level iPad with the A12 Bionic chip. The company touts the new iPad as more powerful than rival laptops and tablets. The 8th generation iPad is available at 29,900 Rs in India.
